Games Today - 2 Picks for Valentine's Day
1. Atlanta (-4) goes to Detroit to battle the Pistons. For some odd reason, the Hawks play much better on the road than at home (against the spread). Maybe it's just that they feel too comfortable in the Dirty South. Atlanta has won seven of their last nine road games. While Detroit has really struggled recently, losing three straight home games and five of their last six games. Go with the Hawks!!
2. The Spurs (-8) remain on their long road trip with a visit to New Jersey. The Spurs have won five of six on the rodeo road trip and just pummeled the Wizards 118-94 on Saturday. The Nets have lost six of their last nine games and fell to the Knicks by 10 on Saturday at home. Go with the Spurs!!
